Shipping Policy:

At Thread Stories we currently only offer shipping  within the UK. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Returns Policy:

We accept returns for damaged items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and photos of the damaged item. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns are only accepted for items that are damaged.
